How did Marvin Gaye die?

Have you heard or downloaded Marvin Gaye songs? Do you know that he is an outstanding singer? And how he died? What or who was the reason?

Marvin Gaye

Marvin stood at the origins of rhythm and blues, as he was an arranger, American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and music producer. Not having survived one day before his 45th birthday, he died from his father's hand in a family quarrel.

By the end of his life Marvin Gaye had twice divorced and experienced lots of difficulties with taxes and alimony. Moved to Hawaii to bring himself up and get a craving for creative work (in an attempt to recover from divorces). At the new place, he became addicted to cocaine. In 1981 he began to work on a new project «In Our Lifetime», which was released on the market without his consent.

His majesty

After retiring from the "Motown", he recorded a new album, «Midnight Love». The song «Sexual Healing» conceived as a "support for lovemaking" (very interesting to listen to). In 1983, it became popular all over the world.

Marvin Gaye was killed by shots from a pistol during a ridiculous quarrel with his father.

As you know, Marvin's father was a religious fanatic, a leader of the sect of Seventh-day Adventists, which is known for the extreme fanaticism in the observance of the Ten Commandments of Christianity and exposing defects.

At work

After Tammi Tarrell death in 1970,  he fell into a long-term prolonged depression, which was aggravated by his addiction to cocaine. Looking for support in life, on the eve of his 45th birthday, he decided to return to his parents' house to get support and guidance from his father, who, despite all the abuse of the child, didn't change his temper.

Relaxed Marvin Gaye

But evil and despotic character of his father during the years of their separation only worsened, and in conjunction with religious fanaticism, alcoholism and reckless disposal of family property led to the fact that their mutual stay in the same house led to constant clashes, the last of which was fatal.
