Speed, cars, accidents. Shawty Lo, a famous musician and rapper died in a car crash.
The rapper — whose real name was Carlos Walker — was killed in a car wreck Wednesday morning, 21 September. Shawty Lo is dead. His manager confirmed on Twitter. The accident was initially reported as a hit-and-run but was later revealed only to involve one vehicle.

His white Audie reportedly went over the guardrail, hit two trees, and caught fire. He died after being ejected, and his two passengers were taken to the hospital. There is no update on their conditions.
Atlanta rapper Shawty Lo was killed in a car crash early Wednesday morning. Atlanta DJ Ryan Cameron announced the news on Twitter after getting confirmation from the rapper’s manager. Later, an official statement was released on Shawty Lo’s Twitter account.
According to WSB-TV, the rapper was driving around 2:20 a.m. and crashed. Shawty Lo was 40. After the accident was ejected from the car and died at the scene. Two women in the car were taken to a hospital for life-threatening injuries.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed his death to CNN. The official cause of death is pending.
