Some nutritionists recommend to refuse also from milk and dairy products. As for drinks, you are forbidden to consume the alcohol, strong black tea and coffee.

Drink more water!

No lemonade or juice, just drink clean fresh water.

● every day an adult should drink at least one and a half liters of water. Water helps us to eliminate toxins. The lack of liquid provokes accumulation of harmful substances inside the organism, than our organism tries to get rid of them, more frequently through the skin. As a result, there are pimples on the face and sometimes on the back and shoulders. So, keep calm and drink water!

Everything you eat must be boiled, baked, braised or steamed.

This way food saves more nutrients, vitamins and minerals, and the fats are used in minimum quantity.

In addition, you can consume a low-fat cottage cheese. Keeping of the diet is hard for the sweet tooth. It’s very important to learn how to replace the "bad" foods. For example, instead of sugar, eat a small amount of honey. Prepare a dessert with slices of ripe and juicy fruit in maple syrup.

Between mealtimes you can eat an apple or banana. Also consume dried fruits: dates, apricots, prunes that have the ability to improve intestinal peristalsis. Sometimes you can eat a piece of dark chocolate, in which a cocoa content is above 70 %.

People who find it hard to refuse flour food, can give preference to the varieties of wheat flour or bran.

Not all vitamins are equally useful

Human nutrition should be balanced and varied. To be healthy the human requires daily portion of vitamins. Pay attention to the following minerals:

So, it is a….decoction of parsley!

Parsley contains a lot of vitamins and it is used by women for beauty and skin health. This plant is often a part of the professional cosmetic products: ointments, creams, lotions. Let's look at a few recipes that will show you how to prepare a decoction of parsley at home.

  1. To prepare the decoction, you need 50 g of fresh herbs, two cups of water and than boil this. Boil the mixture about 15 minutes, cool and filter. The liquid should be completely transparent, without a leaves. Than, pour out the broth into the mold for freezing and put it into the freezer. After a couple of hours you will have the ice, which you should wipe the skin through the massage lines every morning. Parsley will also allow you to avoid age changes.
  2. One part of parsley leaves connect with five parts of water. Boil the mixture about 10 minutes, than cool and filter. Moisten a cotton pad in the decoction and put it on the problem areas. After 15 minutes, remove the compress

The effect of diet from acne

The results of the diet can’t appear immediately! Perhaps first time you will feel that you have more acne. Don’t worry – the organism removes waste, that’s why the number of spots may increase.
