If you want beautiful round shapes of body, it is not only eat, but also exercise. Food should be high, but not harmful. Not fast food! With it, your kilos pluck, but not so much as be fat on stomach may delay or cellulite appear. Balanced diet and sports most important things to achieve beautiful figure.

I want to add that it is rather helpful to add to your diet more products containing flour. It also helps to gain weight eating more cereal. There are a lot of vitamins and calories there which is a great plus, because our body needs not only callories but also useful substances to be healthy. Especially semolina has such qualities. There is also one tip for those who want to gain weight - to eat not only rather often very fat food but also try to combine it with rather useful one. And you need to rest more often than you used to.

To be honest my eternal problem have been about losing weight. But i guess gaining weight for somebody is as difficult as it gets. Mainly there is a very common problem nowadays and it is anorexia. People all over the world are trying to gain some weight and they usually do not succeed in it. So on some level i feel jealous of nigerian women because all of them are so beautiful and stunning they do not have this obsession about losing weight they like themselves the way they are. And what can be more beautiful then this confidence? i truly admire this women

In Nigeria, women are valued full and lean like Europe, but if you really decide to grow fat, then choose a complex fat. So:

- Eat butter - do not heat it and eat bread rolls with tea \ coffee.

- imagine mischief against sugar better Thatched, add it to pastry and beverages.

- Eat in the evening, the food is the worst assimilated by and accumulates in the body.

- Also eat large portions (2-3 norm)

And very importantly, be in a good mood. Then increased appetite, and you can eat well and be in shape.

I have fallen in love with Nigerian tradition and honestly speaking I am envious of the women from Nigeria for the reason that I have to fight with excess weight always.

The problems of weight are very important nowadays. And not only for people who want to lose weight, but some girls and men have great complexes because they have lowest weight.
