Hi there. I have to disagree with your article in part. Your article states "Diabetics must never eat the following foods." However, this is not true. I agree that a diabetic should restrict sugary foods, but everything to do with diabetic diets are to maintain portion control and be cautious about the food they eat. Also, you state that they should never eat fish. This is proven to not be correct. In fact, Salmon and other certain fish are high in Omega-3 which according to many studies (University of Maryland Medical System one at http://umm.edu/health/medical/altmed/supplement/omega3-fatty-acids/), Omega-3 is good for diabetics because Omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil can help lower triglycerides and apoproteins (markers of diabetes), and raise HDL. They do caution though that anyone with type 2 diabetes should consult their doctor as people may experience increases in fasting blood sugar levels while taking fish oil supplements

I think you should reconsider how you are wording parts of this article. It may not be recommended to eat certain fish and its not recommended to eat sugary candies as they can result in blood sugar spikes, but NEVER being able to eat them is not necessarily true. Diabetes patients need to learn portion control and should opt for alternatives to these sugary sweets.
