1. Don’t monitor others businesses

Forget about what others are doing. Stop looking at where they are and what they have. You go your own way. We listen to the noise of the world, but not ourselves. So stop comparing! Do not pay attention to distractions. Listen to your own inner voice. Mind your own business.

2. Don’t compete with others and depend on other people's opinions.

Just be yourself and not compete to impress others. How you allow others to define you? What would you do differently if you knew that nobody would judge you? Forget what they think and say about you. Focus on how you feel about yourself. Those who accept you are your friends. Those who are not your teachers are your friends double.

3. Don’t rely on other people and external events for happiness.

Unhappiness is the gap between what we have now, and what we think we need. But the truth is that we do not need to acquire anything more to be happy with what we already have. Don't let to be a hostage of your happiness. Stop this useless search for the creation of conditions that supposedly will make you happy. A significant portion of your happiness or unhappiness depends on the outlook and not on the situation.

4. Don’t hold resentments.

What happened in the past is only one chapter, don't close the book, and just turn the page.

We all suffered from our decisions; pain is a useful experience. Forgiveness means protection against stress. It allows you to focus on the future, not to deal with the past. To understand the infinite potential of all that is happening in the front, it is necessary to forgive everything that's behind you. Without forgiveness, personal growth is much slower.

5. Don’t be in the negative environment and society.

Protect your spirit and potential from contamination by limiting your contact with negative people and the environment in which they are located.

When other people talk about the injustice of life and ask you to agree and to take part in their offense, you infect by their adverse effect mentally. Even when you are alone, create a positive mental space for yourself. Discard thoughts that make you feel bad, or at least from the few that bother you. You don't need negative thoughts. They are all lies. They do not decide anything.

6. Don’t resist the truth.

A waste of life to learn to lie to myself and others is useless activity because eventually, these lies grow so strong in our minds that we get away from our own truth. If you resist the truth, you will live a lie every day. Do not attempt to conceal the truth by deception; do not adjust the soul by what is "fashionable" or popular, if it sickens you. It takes courage and strength to admit the truth, but it's the only way to live truly.

Happiness is not perfect and eternal state of being; it is a journey. This list is only a reminder that we are all traveling this road together. Work on your happiness, only you know what you will be tomorrow.
