Chibok girls

Nigerian terrorist group Boko Haram has published new videos, in which allegedly they have shown tens of girls kidnapped in April 2014 from lyceum of the city of Chibok. As Nigerian news agency reports with reference to world mass media, on this video the armed man in mask has declared that the part of kidnapped Chibok girls has died as a result of airstrikes. About 40 of them ‘have been married’ – the terrorist has reported. At least one of girls had a little baby on her hands. The man in mask demanded to release the fighters of Boko Haram imprisoned by the authorities of Nigeria. Representatives of the government have declared that they are in contact with authors of video, but have noticed that at first they have to be convinced whether they really are those who hold schoolgirls.

Madam Oby Ezekwesili, who is a founder of Bring Back Our Girls (BBOG) organization, says that this group can go to the Presidential Villa every day if it is necessary in order to rescue girls. Ezekwesili made the comment after video of terrorist group, which has captured school students: ‘We aren't going to allow the government to leave it without any actions. Let they will be ready because every day we will go on the Presidential country house. These girls have been kidnapped during education, which endlessly disturbed me’ – the woman has said. ‘On the basis of this education I became who I am today. If it will be necessary to go to Villa every day to demand release of our girls of Chibok, be ready. Only three exits are available in this situation – to hold negotiations to release our girls, to use military operation or to combine these two ways. We don't want to watch the fourth video’ – she added.

However, according to him, Chibok girls detained by members of group are under the care of Federal government and can't be immediately released. The military head has also said that the decision to exchange girls is political way of solving the problem, which has to be undertaken as soon as possible. Now they will continue to act according to their initial plans and necessary operations will be performed as soon as possible.
