Jarus: Where Is The Fairness?

i left the forum for sometime now cos i realised it is not a fair ground to participate in. u tend to favor some folks views just cos they share similar beliefs with you and then disregard others like me cos i don't resonate at the same tone as you do. i thot dis section was meant for those who call themselves muslims to share their own kind of islam with others, so where did the friction now come from that u had to send me the following message,

Salam alaikum usisky,

You have been going about the forum making some statements that are not only alien to orthodox Islamic creed but also de-Islamizing.

Are you sure you are a Muslim? Are you a Shiite? Pls let's know your ideology as I cannot continue to allow such misinformation as the custodian of the thread. Pls don't mislead people, don't pollute the Islamic ideaology.

To say we should abandon hadith is most criminal. You have uttered other blasphemous statements.

Be careful

Cc: Lagosboy, Muhsin, Olabowale

firstly; i am no shiite. and my ideology is simple;worshipping God Alone(islam) is what i stand for. i do not idolise the prophets(jesus, muhammad, moses, Abraham  e.t.c) or the socalled saints, cos that will constitute shirk(idolatry).

secondly; if u are so sure of what u practice, then there is no need u been afraid of "pollutants" like me. those who u think i am polluting their islamic ideologies, why don't u give them what u feel is the right thing. why are u afraid of what i got to say, after all, u are the one on the right lane. just give what u have and let me give what i've got and let the audience decide for themselves. that's a fair proposition right there!

thirdly; i never said we should abandon the ahadith. it is the Qur'an that commands us not to accept any ahadith outside of it(the Qur'an). so i am just going by Gods words. Why is it that when one repeats what is mentioned in the scriptures ppl tend to term it as blasphemous? is it that we do not believe it is Gods words or what?

today, upholding such fabrications as "Ahadiths and sunna" have lead the "muslims" to become the most agressive and intolerant ppl on earth. infact the worst of ppls. on earth. where do u think ppl like, Bin laden, farouk and the rest get their ideologies from. certainly not from the Qur'an. These traditions are full of absurdities and several illogicalities that promote hatred toward a fellow human being. they were never the sayings or deeds of prophet muhammad. ppl tend to look at the good sides of those traditions forgetting that it also contains several bad sides. the question an intelligent person should ask is; how can the two co-exist at the same time(i.e good and bad).

lastly; Lagosboy did challenge me to a debate and i never turned up. i've got my reasons. i really thot careflully and deeply, wondering why is it that ppl can't see the truth about all the things i speak about. i then thot i should grant him some more time to verify most of the posts i made perhaps he will have a change of heart.

the debate would have been an easy run for me, cos i have done most of my home work long ago, but, i realized there is more to it. the EGO, yes the ego.  the egotistic tendency of man makes them blind from the true path in virtually all affairs of this world.

pls pls pls , in the name of God, i want u guys to study the Qur'an earnestly. study it like the book that it is, read it from chapter to chapter in an orderly manner from 1 to 114. If Allah wills he will show the sincere seeker the light they quest for.

Tell me of what u make of the following verses.(3:81,     33:7)

may God continue to guide us aright, and may we have an open heart without biases or prejudices in seeking the truth.

If usisky can claim victory he can do it now. Jarus has done what i may call 'overreaction' to usiskiy's distorted belief and for that I can see no fairness in this. For how long we have been encountering with most vehement typical unbelievers like christians, jews, atheists and secularists as well. So what is minor opponent like usisky with his shallow religious thought? Instead of this direct 'warning message' Jarus should post a meaningful and convincing thread for usisky to learn his mistaken belief. I dont know whether Jarus means something different. But in any way I can see no fairness in this direct 'warning message' sent to usisky. Not only now, even in later time I bet usisky will never dare to accept any truth from Jarus.

The issue of usisky is very easy to deal with it. We can contain this debate and even defeat him. therefore, the direct 'warning message' must have become irrelevant. That is all!

Usisky I can still see you persist in your Rashad religion. Rashad told us that he was a messenger sent from Allah. what is your view on this? (pls I need a clear cut from Qur'an verses that proves this claim of Rashad) So if you are asking us to abandon the prophet's sunnah/hadith what makes it authority in Islam to accept Rashad's Hadith/sunnah? He tell us in his hadith that he had once undergone mi'iraj and met the previous prophets of Allah in the heavens; He tell us that prophet Ibrahim reassembles to his family; He tell us that the world will come to an end in the year 2220 C.E equivalent to 1710 A.H; He tell us that we should stop making Salat for the prophet

(S.A.W). These and many more others came from Rashad's Sunnah/hadith since they are not stated in the QUr'an. Before you urge us to abandon the prophet sunnah/hadith we need you to comment on this Rashad's sunna. Put in other word, which QUR'AN ask us to adhere to Rashad's hadith/sunnah?

it is may wish to further clarify the inevitability iof Prophet Hadith/sunnah in our religion of Allah (not that of Rashad), I therefore present this long thread but as a reply to all your claims against the hadith/sunnah:

Anti-hadith had this to quote:

“'Do not write anything from me EXCEPT QURAN. Whoever wrote, must destroy it"

(Muslim, Zuhd 72; Hanbel3/12,21,39). They failed to know that the ban was a certain phenomena due to some intricate reasons. But as soon as things were settled the companions had continued preserving prophet’s practical instructions: Abu hurayra, Ibn Abbas, Ibn Umar were even had their Hadith traditional documents during the prophet’s (pbuh) life and after.

It is not only here (Nigeria) that we are having such people known as Qur’aniyya, or Kala-Kato. Rashad Khalifa (1935-1990), was an American Muslim (Egyptian by origin) who studied biochemistry and learned Qur’an commentary. He founded such a Muslim sect as Kala-kato, popularly known as Qur’an Alone or United Submission International (USI), in Arizona, USA. He came up with mathematical calculation based on 19-data system mentioned in Sura 74:30, to destroy all the prophetic Sunnah/Hadith. Presently, the followers of Rashad regard him as the messenger of God. I want to make it clear to the so called Kala-Kato group (Anti-Hadith group), to understand the inherent nature of the prophet Hadith/Sunnah as a major source of instructions in the religion of Islam. The following discussion is a retort to both Kala-kato here in Nigeria and Rashad’s Qur’an alone in U.S.A as well as all those identified themselves as anti-hadith group.

Anti-hadith group, as in Rashad’s words, usually says “The Quran commands all Muslims to follow the Quran Alone…. The Quran confirms that the only Sunna is the Sunna of God. No where in the Qur’an is there any mention of Sunna't Muhammad; the Quran confirms that the only duty of Muhammad is to deliver God's message, and not to teach any other teachings; Obeying the prophet does not mean that he had a Sunna to be obeyed; and that any verse that commands obedience to the Prophet (peace be upon him) it only refers to follow the Qur’an alone”.

This is quite true of course, because the Prophet (peace be upon him) lived by the Qur’an, for the Qur’an and with the Qur’an. However, they could not escape from my trap yet; because certain verses in the Qur’an explained that more and more lessons and laws must be learned from the physical, and social life of the prophet (peace be upon him); and that Hadith/Sunnah must have been an authoritative source of religious information about all aspect of legal laws and general Ibadaat (Worships). Some of the instances are as follows:

Firstly, in Quran 59:7 Allah says: “…, So take what the messenger assigns to you and abstain from that which forbids you….”. Nevertheless, anti-hadith groups had confined the meaning of this verse only to the distribution of war booties that will not harm us; the verse is clearly all-encompassing.

Secondly, in Qur’an 4:65 Allah says: “But no, by your lord, they will not have (real) faith until they make you judge in all (arising) matters among them, and find no resistance in their soul against your decision; but accept them with fullest conviction (i.e. hundred percent)”. Let us now elaborate the messages of the above quoted verses.

Clarification on the first verse (59:7): The verse clearly indicates that the prophet (peace be upon him) has an authoritative right to command as well as to prohibit certain acts and behaviours for the believers. Although the verse has a specific theme in relation to the spoils of war- as Rashad claimed to reject prophet’s right to command or prohibit- this would not change the general meaning of the verse as far as other verses are concerned. E.g. Allah says: “Those who follow the messenger, the unlettered prophet, whom they find mentioned in their own (scriptures), in the Law and Gospel, for he commands them what is good and forbids what is evil; he makes lawful for them what is pure and prohibits them what is impure…, ” (7:157). In other verse Allah spoke about those who tend to disobey the prophet’s Sunna: “…. Let them beware (those who disobeys the Messenger’s order) for a disaster may befall them or a grievous torment inflict on them” (24:63).

These two verses are in support of the prophet’s right to command or prohibit in religious laws and Ibadaat; but he does this all with the permission and inspiration from Allah. The key words like command, forbid or prohibit as according to the above quoted verses here are totally referred in the hands of the prophet (peace be upon him). And I bet that all the orthodox Muslims scholars are fully aware of this divine right of the prophet which Kala-katos, anti-hadith and Rashadis wanted to reject and deny.

According to this verse (59:7) also, in general theme, the verse means that all what the prophet commands the believers they must hold on to it; and all what he prohibits they must abstain from it. The failure of doing so, the result against them will be what Allah mentioned in 24:63. You must bear in mind that the commands and prohibitions of the prophet (peace be upon him) are equally important as those contained in the Qur’an itself. Because Allah says: “Nor does he speak out of a personal desire; (unless) it was a divine inspiration” (53:3-4).

It should be noted that the commands and prohibitions of the prophet (peace be upon him) includes all what he said about what he was asked by the companions, all what he said in addressing a particular event or matter, all what he heard someone saying or saw him doing and regards or disregards it, and it includes all of his practices, behaviours, characters which he conducted himself in the society as a religious and political leader. No one can deny the necessity of human socialization. And in such socialization an individual must exhibit certain actions and behaviours which can be imitated and recommended or rejected by the society members. Furthermore, it is generally accepted that in every single second in life man must be in action, either physically, orally, intellectually or mentally.

So, prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as the last messenger of Allah sent to guide the Mankind whose behaviours, actions and characters must be imitated and emulated, any minute of his speech, statement, action, movement and behaviour has been encoded, collected and recorded first orally by his companions, and later on documented orally and booked in leaflets and papers by the pious predecessors. And in such of his speeches the prophet Muhammad as a guidance to the truth he would say that is ‘Halal’ (lawful) and that is ‘Haram’ (unlawful). It was such information, actions and behaviours that were come to be known as Hadith\Sunnah of the prophet (peace be upon him). But, it is fatally unfortunate that the so called all Anti-Hadith fail to comprehend all these facts. To follow the Qur’an alone is to follow the prophet Sunnah; and any act of deviation from the prophet Sunnah is a deviation from the Qur’an alone as we have noted this so far.

Therefore, the prophet’s Sunnah are all those physical and spiritual teachings of the Qur’an which no one can extract them from the Qur’an and put them into practical social behaviour and religious acts except him, the prophet (peace be upon him). So, during his life, the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) conducted himself in all religious, social and behavioural teachings of the Qur’an and assigned to us how to practice them. It is worthy to note that prophet Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) personality represents the practical manifestation of the Qur’an’s socio-moral, ritual and legal messages. Thus, Allah informed us to imitate and emulate all his actions and behaviours (Sura 33:21); and to obey his saying of commands and prohibitions (Sura 59:7). The failure to do any of these commands is a great sin in the sight of Allah and the guilty of this may incur severe retribution (Sura 24:63). At most of the time, we, the orthodox Muslims proclaim that Prophet Sunnah/hadith explains and clarifies the Qur’an. When the Rashadis (Rashad’s followers) and other anti-hadith groups wanted to destroy this view of ours they said that about two-third of the Qur’an had been left unexplained by the Hadith. So, I am here responding in defence of the Sunnah. Anti-hadith groups should know that our presented view does not mean that the prophet had explained the whole Qur’an word by word although some few verses were explained in such manner. But the majority of the verses and the Qur’an in general, their explanation are typically demonstrated in the physical behaviour of the Prophet (peace be upon him). As we have stated above, Prophet Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) personality represents the practical manifestation of the Qur’an’s socio-moral, ritual and legal teachings. When Sayyidat A’isha (R.A) was asked about the prophet’s behaviour she answered; “His (all) behaviour is Qur’an”, meaning He conducts himself according to the teachings of the Qur’an. The prophet’s demeanour could not be reflected in the Qur’an unless we refer to the Historical records of His life and behaviour, and that is Hadith/Sunnah.

Clarification of the 2nd second verse (4:65)

There is no doubt that this is the most fundamental verse that destroys any concept of rejecting the Prophet Sunnah/hadith as the second fundamental source of religious instructions. This verse portrays the supremacy of the prophet Muhammad’s – peace be upon – decisions and legal judgments in any of the religious, social, political, and economic affairs, and no one can deny or reject his judgment, and therefore all what he decided for the believers must be embraced and accepted wholeheartedly and without reservation if any. According to the verse also, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was a divinely appointed judge in all arising matters in any aspect of life, and he must be regarded as a chief and final judge in all matters. Whoever seeks to deny the prophet this divine right he is not a fully Muslim believer as far as the verse is concerned. To be more specific, in this verse, Allah informs and commands us that the prophet (peace be upon him) must be recognized as a chief judge in all our social, religious, political and economic problems, questions or misconceptions; and that all of his decisions, judgments and proposals must be accepted and highly respected at all the times. The failure of doing so will render one unbeliever/hypocrite. Even though, the prophet (peace be upon him) is not here with us now, his Sunnah\hadith is yet extant and alive with us, and we are cautioned that not to contradict any part of his Sunnah (Sura24:63).

Finally, when we are to draw a conclusion, in relation to Kala-katos, Anti-hadith and Rashadis’ (all are the same) position in the light of the above quoted verses, we must categorize them under apostate/hypocrite Muslims because they contradicted, disobeyed, and defied all the prophet’s commands, prohibitions and decisions. Instead of following the authentic prophet’s Sunnah, they have founded an alternative Sunnah to be followed based on their own satanic views. The same conclusion would be applied to all their followers. Are we to abandon the Prophet’s Sunna upon accepting someone else’s Sunnah? By explaining the Qur’an to be followed alone they are establishing their own Sunnah.

I appreciate your time and effort in responding to my questions.

I only quibble with the above quote, and respond thus: At no time did I confess being "duped" into believing the Shahadah.

I read your post twice carefully.  I may have more questions, and I will definitely spend even more time reading the Qur'an.  And the books on Hadiths

As I said, I appreciate your response, but I am not convinced - not even in the slightest - that a belief and a proclamation that Muhammed (SAW) is messenger of Allah (SWT) is a problem or rises to any level of idolatry or apostasy (perish the thought!).

However, the supposed contraditions, if they are true, you highlighted between the Qur'an and the Hadiths are of interest.  It may be simply explained.

Also, I wonder what you wish to do with this revelation to wish you've solely arrived.  Are you now unable to pray with other Muslims?  Or are you attempting to lead others into your way of thinking of, and practising, Islam?

Plus - and I know someone else previously mentioned this - the Qur'an also was complied by humans. How are you able to believe it wholeheartedly while dismissing the Hadiths, also compiled by humans?

"The truth that set men free, is for the most part the truth men prefer not to hear"

All truth passes through three stages:

1)firstly it is ridiculed

2)secondly it is violently opposed

3)and finally it is accepted as self evident

I want to answer your questions because i sensed some honesty in it.

firstly; all my beliefs are based on the quran(word of God). As a muslim(in the true sense), i believe the quran is the first source to be considered before even looking elsewhere. Now, if that is true, then what happens if the quran tells me that i should seek no other source for religious teachings outside of it. do i believe God or the men who fabricated lies against the prophet.

secondly; i do not belong to any sect whatsoever . i am one of those who have found the truth realizing that a true muslim should "submit" to God whole heartedly. Remember God warns us against divisions amongst ourselves. it was those who corrupted islam years after the prophet that began such thing as sectarianism in islam.

[6:159] Those who divide themselves into sects do not belong with you. Their judgment rests with GOD, then He will inform them of everything they had done.

Everything i say is supported by quranic proofs. i do not take the word of any scholar or group of scholars over the word of God. i swear by Allah, Quran explains all we need to know and live by as human beings and muslims(submitter to God Alone). But those who do not believe God as per the Quran are blinded from the truth.

[18:54] We have cited in this Quran every kind of example, but the human being is the most argumentative creature.

thirdly; i am a nigerian. i reside in Abuja, nigeria, and i am also proudly Nigerian.

fourthly; the issue of shahadah. yes! u yourself confess that it is something we all have been duped into accepting as a pillar to accepting God in islam. it is not easy to just leave something you have been indoctrinated to accept right from childhood. But the truth is, anyone who strays out of the way of Quran, is by their own doing and not God's. Because God explains to us that we should all ponder on the quran, and He shall reveal the truth to those have an open heart for the truth. The shahadah that muhammad brought to us is clearly documented in the quran, unfortunately the muslims have been duped by "abu huraira" into accepting what is not quranic at all.

[3:18]  GOD bears witness that there is no god except He(La EllaHa Ellal Allah), and so do the angels and those who possess knowledge. Truthfully and equitably, He is the absolute god; there is no god but He, the Almighty, Most Wise.

All messengers before muhammad proclaim the same shahadah. Remember this is God teaching the Quran, not "abu huraira".

[21:25]  We did not send any messenger before you except with the inspiration: "There is no god except Me(La EllaHa Ellal Allah); you shall worship Me alone."

Sadly, today the teachings of "abu huraira", a mysterious person from the shadows of hadith literature,  has lead almost all the muslims worship muhammad alongside God against his will. people always tend to idolize the messenger after he has come and gone. Look at what the christians did to prophet Jesus for instance. jesus never taught any of those beliefs.

The Majority of Believers Destined for Hell

[12:106] The majority of those who believe in GOD do not do so without committing idol worship.

who are the majority? is the few like me who insists on Quran alone, without idolizing muhammad against his will or the vast majority who insists on commemorating muhammad alongside God.

Remember that shirk(idolatry) is the only unforgivable sin if maintained till death according to God in the quran.

The prophet never taught anything outside of the quran. the hadith were fabrications aimed at defaming him. the hadiths are blasphemous in nature. all u have to do is to study the contents of those literatures and u'll come to know what i am talking about. mind u, i am talking about the socalled sahih(authentic) hadiths.

Let me give u one good example of corruption in islam today. As u know in the muslim communities, its been taught that the dog is a dirty(najis) animal. therefore are not a good companion to have. also that the angels do not visit the homes of those who possess dogs. the hadith kept on narrating incidents where the prophet ordered the killing of dogs. But if u look at this in the light of the Quran however, u'll come to see a different thing entirely.

If  you read  the  Quran  you’ll  see  that  Allah  HIMSELF  spells  out  the need  to  appreciate dogs. It is interesting to know that dogs are mentioned in the Quran 5 times, not just once, 7:176, 18:18, 18:22 (three times). NO WHERE does God call the dogs dirty animals or give any indication that they should be avoided or treated the way many Muslims think they should. Actually the story of the people of the cave, in Sura 18, gives the indication that we should appreciate them.  The people of the cave, 3, 5 or 7 were mentioned in the Quran and every time God insists on letting us know that their dog was there with them. Their story can be as complete without the mention of the dog, but God did, Why ?

The story in the sura mentioned above(sura kahf  18), talks about a certain righteous people who denounced idol worship and sort out to live in a cave away from the society, so they could worship God alone(islam), as their people were all mushriks(idolaters).

I can write a book out of the corruption of today's islam, which has nothing to do with prophet muhammad. today's islam has degraded women, insulted the prophet and even blaspheme against God, like in the shahadah and also while observing contact prayer(sallaat). see below

After the fall of Khyber, people described the beauty of Safia Bint Hui, the new bride of a slain enemy soldier. The Prophet chose her for himself. On the way to Madina he stopped and had intercourse with her. His companions did not know if she was a wife or a concubine. Later, a veil was drawn between her and the men-folk and they came to know that she was a wife (Bukhari, Book of Sales and Book of Nikah 3:59). Elsewhere, the narrator of the wicked story states that Safia was initially given to Wahia Kulbi, but because of her beauty, the Prophet chose her for himself, and asked Wahia to pick another woman. An important reminder: The Qur'an (sura Muhammad ch-47: v 4) ordains that prisoners of war are to be freed either for ransom or as an act of kindness. There is no third option. How could the Prophet and his holy companions enslave human beings? This  is  a  fat  lie.

The Prophet said, “Bad luck, misfortune and doom can exist in a wife, a home and a horse” (Bukhari, Book of Nikah 3:60).

“After my time, the greatest tribulation for men will be women” (Bukhari, Book of Nikah 3:61).

“A woman presented herself to the Prophet. He intently gazed at her from head to toe and then lowered his head” (meaning she did not interest him) (Bukhari, Book of Nikah 3:71).

Could all these be the deeds of our prophet muhammad. u are obliged to accept anyone or group as sincere, but note, the word of God precedes any other.

u can ask any question u wish. Remember, if u are already biased before approaching matters, then it becomes pretty difficult to see the truth.

may Allah guide us All.

Usisky forgot that it was Muhammad [as] who acquinted us with Allah, The Almighty. it was the honesty of Muhammad that Allah guarantees, that how you know of what you know of Allah, Quran, things Unseen, and even what you see that you necessarily will not understand with your senses.

Allah says "Oh you who believe, take what Muhammad gives you and stay far away from what he forbids you."

"Oh you who believe, answer/come hastly to Muhammad when he calls you to what gives you life."

"Oh you who believe, obey Muhammad, if it is true that you love Allah. Allah will make your ways easy and forgive you on sins, etc"

"Oh you who believe obey Allah and the Messenger."

"Oh you who believe you are a witness over mankind and the Messenger is a witness over you."

"Oh you who believe the enemy of Muhammad is enemy of Allah, of Jibril, of Mikaila, , "

"A prophet has now appeared among you, he is concerned about your not hackening to guidance, worried about the condition that disbelief will put on you (in the day of Judgement), he is a means of forgiveness and mercy on you."

I'm curious to know how you developed this viewpoint?  Is this an ideology that you created from sudying the Qur'an and other sources?

Is this a movement?  Is it new or is this a denomination or cult that sprouted from (sunni) Islam?

Are you Ahmaddiyah or the opposite of it?

In What part of the world do you live?

I ask all these because I have never heard of any part of Islam where members are admonished for calling upon the Prophet (S.A.W).  What about the Shahadah?  You learn this as part of the 5 Pillars of Islam by the time you're like 8 years old if born into a Muslim family.  What were you, or those who believe as you, taught about that?

I have a lot more questions but I'll stop there for now. I'm not really sure how to take this, honestly.  I'm inclined to trust the regular members who believe you may be insincere.  No offense.  I still would like answers to my questions if you can be direct and succinct.

Thank you for your attention.

Malam Usisky,

I am re-posting the one of my reply to you on another thread here, because I realize you are more interested in your thread, i.e. this one:

I’ll first of all upfront and describe to you how I felt after reading your reply: I really felt nauseated, imaging how on earth someone who claims himself a Muslim could have uttered—or in this care written, such a words. How dreadful? Please don’t feel offended but you are really, really misguided. Only Allah, the Exalted, can re-guide you to the right path. I’ll, inshaAllah, be putting you and other erroneous Muslims in my prayers.

That aside, I actually get a lot to say; but I as usual I’ll begin by giving you some background information of my—our, i.e. Ahl Sunna, general belief and view of Noble Qur’aan, which is diametrically contrary to what you have naively stated above. That I resort to directly quote from one famous book by Shykh Naseer Al’Aql entitled The General Precepts of Ahlus- Sunnah wal-Jamaa’ah. He succinctly yet aptly mentioned the following:

1 - The Qur'aan is the Speech (kalaam) of Allaah, in both wording and meaning. It was sent down and is uncreated (ghayr makhlooq). From Allaah it originated and to Him shall it return. It is an inimitable miracle, indicative of the truthfulness of what the Prophet (SAW) was sent with. Its text and meanings are preserved from corruption until the Day of judgment.

2 - Allaah the Most High Speaks whatever He wills, when He wills and how He wills. The Speech of Allaah is real (haqeeqah), with letter (harf) and voice (sawt), but we do not know about the modality and how it is (kayfiyyah), nor do we debate about it or delve into it.

3 - The view that the Speech of Allaah is only the meaning of what Allaah spoke to himself, or that the Qur'aan is a narrative (hikaayah), or an expression ('ibaarah), or a metaphor (majaaz) of Allaah's Speech, or that it is an effluent outpouring (faydh) - or other views similar to these - are all misguidance and deviation and could sometimes amount to disbelief (kufr).

4 - Whoever denies anything of the Qur'aan, or claims that parts of it have been deleted, added, or corrupted, is an unbeliever.

5 - It is obligatory to explain the Qur'aan in accordance with the well-known methodology of the Salaf. It is not permissible to explain the Qur'aan by mere opinion, since this amounts to speaking about Allaah without due knowledge. Explaining the Qur'aan using esoteric interpretations (ta`weelaatul-baatiniyyah) and its like is actually a form of kufr.

These points, I very much hope, need no more elaboration, right?

We believe that it’s Sunnah, i.e. hadith or as it’s called in the noble Qur’aan Hikmah that explains it—the Qur’aan. We can so much evidently enough realize that as nearly all Islamic practices are taught how to be performed via authenticated ahadith. Below is an ice-berg verse concretizing my assertion:

﴿هُوَ الَّذِى بَعَثَ فِى الأُمِّيِّينَ رَسُولاً مِّنْهُمْ يَتْلُو عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَـتِهِ وَيُزَكِّيهِمْ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ الْكِتَـبَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَإِن كَانُواْ مِن قَبْلُ لَفِى ضَلَلٍ مُّبِينٍ ﴾

“He it is Who sent among the unlettered ones a Messenger from among themselves, reciting to them His Ayat, purifying them, and teaching them the Book [i.e., the Qur’aan] and the Hikmah[ (wisdom), i.e., Sunnah]. And verily, they had been before in manifest error.” (62:02).

I once again quote you another book by another great scholar, Sheikh Salman b. Fahd al-Oadah titled: The Prophetic Commentary of the Qur’ân:

Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) explained in his Sunnah everything of the Qur’ân

that needed to be explained. The question is: Does this mean that he explained all of the Qur’ân or only part of it?

Scholars have differed on this matter. Some, like al-Suyûtî, have expressed the opinion that he had to explain very little of the Qur’ân. Their opinion is based on the hadîth where `Â’ishah supposedly said: “The Prophet (peace be upon him) did not explain anything of the Qur’ân with his opinion save for a few verses.”21 However, this hadîth is unauthentic on account of its defective chain of transmission. One of its narrators is Ja`far al-Zubayrî, a weak narrator whose hadîth cannot be relied upon.

Other scholars claim that Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) explained the Qur’ân in its entirety. They mean that he explained all of the Qur’ân that could possibly need explanation, since there are verses of the Qur’ân that require no explanation at all.

Ibn `Abbâs said: “The explanation of the Qur’ân has four aspects to it. The first aspect comprises what is known by the Arabs by virtue of their language. When it is recited to the Arabs, they understand it. Then there are the explanations that no one is excused for not knowing. This includes the explanation of the verses related to Islamic legal injunctions and beliefs that people need to know. Then there are the explanations that are known only to scholars. These are subtle meanings that most people do not grasp. Then there are matters whose explanation is known only to Allah. These are the four aspects of the explanation of the Qur’ân.”

In short, Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) explained in his Sunnah everything of the Qur’ân that needed explaining. The Sunnah is, in essence, the commentary of the Qur’ân, and it explains the Qur’ân in four ways:

1-Verbal (textual) explanation of the Qur’ân, e.g. this contains huge expatiation. And it’s self-explanatory. . .as the name implies.

2-Prophetic statements derived from meanings found in the Qur’ân, e.g. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “A worshipper is closest to his Lord when he is prostrating.”

In the Qur’ân, there is a verse that indicates this meaning. Allah says: “

3-Explanation of the context in which particular verses were revealed, e.g. purposes of revelation.

4-Explanation of the Qur’ân by way of practical example, e.g. how to prayer, pilgrimage, fast, pay zakat, etc, etc, etc

I can go on and on, bros. But am stopping from here. Wish and hope this explains things to you.

Waiting for your reply. Thanks

dude please enough of this jargon u call write up and enough of this misinformation. Your lack of understanding and knowledge is so apparent. I repeat if you are so convinced of this belief why not accept my debate today and let us proceed.

I need not remind anybody that this dude is is not a Muslim as he said it himself in the post above. You are definitlynot within on us so sparring us your presence here will be most appreciated. You could go to the religious section it accommodates other faiths and submission could be one of them. Here it is islam of the prophets sahabas tabeens and the tabi tabeeens not a new islam of 1970 by the dajjal called khalifa.

firstly; i want u know that no Hadith or sunna can ever be equated to GOD's. the prophet muhammad adhered strictly to GOD's hadith(quran) alone. Remember that it is not i who warns against following teachings outside of the quran, but it is God Himself who says we should not.

Secondly; the socalled Hadith and sunna were never authorized by the muhammad. they were falsely attributed to him. it was years, at around  250 years after his death that wicked people(satan) began collecting these oral teachings called hadith and sunna. thats why when u read the hadith you alwaz hear the chains of narations go back as far as eight genrations across the dead before you finally get to muhammad. how is this possible, if it was something he himself attested to, it would not be narrated instead it will be a documented statement just like in the case of the quran. the fact that you here the narrations go as this; i heard so and so said the apostle said, ??

this shows that he was not even a witness to what is attributed to him. infact, the hadith is a transgression and a blasphemous attack on the greatness of prophet muhammad. i guess u have never taken your time to really ponder on such illogicalities documented in the hadiths. the prophet could never have done those things mentioned in the hadiths, he will never disobey God.

now look at what the God has to say about accepting teachings outside of Qur'an:

[6:38]  All the creatures on earth, and all the birds that fly with wings, are communities like you. We did not leave anything out of this book. To their Lord, all these creatures will be summoned.

[6:114]  Shall I seek other than GOD as a source of law, when He has revealed to you this book fully detailed? Those who received the scripture recognize that it has been revealed from your Lord, truthfully. You shall not harbor any doubt.

[6:115]  The word of your Lord is complete, in truth and justice. Nothing shall abrogate His words. He is the Hearer, the Omniscient.

[6:116]  If you obey the majority of people on earth, they will divert you from the path of GOD. They follow only conjecture; they only guess.

[45:6]  These are GOD's revelations that we recite to you truthfully. In which Hadith(Qur'an) other than GOD and His revelations do they believe?

[45:7]  Woe to every fabricator, guilty.

[18:27]  You shall recite what is revealed to you of your Lord's scripture. Nothing shall abrogate His words, and you shall not find any other source beside it.

God specifically says to muhammad to remind people using the Qur'an Alone. why did God not say warn with Qur'an and your Hadith. see below,

[50:45]  We are fully aware of everything they utter, while you have no power over them. Therefore, remind with this Quran, those who reverence My warnings.

It is important to note that all through the Qur'an God never talks about anything of the muhammd's hadiths or sunna. people justify following these mad-made sources by saying the quran says obey the messenger. they for seem to forget that obeying the messenger is infact obeying the Qur'an, because the quran came out of muhammad's mouth giving us all the reminders i have detailed above.

God told us why He infact allowed people over time to make such fabrications, both before and after muhammad. see below,

[6:112]  We have permitted the enemies of every prophet- human and jinn devils - to inspire in each other fancy words, in order to deceive. Had your Lord willed, they would not have done it. You shall disregard them and their fabrications.

[6:113]  This is to let the minds of those who do not believe in the Hereafter listen to such fabrications, and accept them, and thus expose their real convictions.

It worth mentioning here that even the hadith people follow forbids hadiths itself. see below

The prophet said" Do not write anything from me except the Qur'an"(Ahmed,vol.1,page 171, and Sahih muslim)

Also u made a comment to Abuzola, saying that , the enemy withing is much more dangerous. let me make things clear to u. i do not practice what u practice, so therefore i am not amongst u. my islam is far from what u call your own islam.  i only worship God alone, and also obey his commands alone. i do not idolise the prophets(jesus, muhammad, moses etc) agaist their will. i do not idolise te socalled saints either. so as u can see, u can not possibly say i practice what u practice, so therefore i am not withing.

I do not know how else to admonish people, but all u have to do is read the quran earnestly and also read the socalled hadiths using your "sixth sense" the truth will reveal itself to u if that is what u quest for, if God wills.

Mr. Usisky,

How are you doing? Still waiting for you on Lagosboy's OP. Thanks

@Abuzola ; thanks for ur understanding. fairness is very important when we discuss issues concerning religion on forums like this. thanks again.

@lagosboy; u keep saying i used the word "demise" thats why my posts were deleted. let me ask u dis, what does the word mean? it doesn't necessarily connote beheading someone. in the context i used it, it don't mean what u think. if u took it wrongly then am sorry, thats not what i intended.

Be careful

anyway lets forget it, when he comes he should no that no that no threat is directed to him and lets continue from where we stop

Jazakallah bro

This boldened was exactly my main worry as he writes in a deceitful manner and quote his dajjals translation of the quran which is full of misleading translations from arabic. I doubt if this dude himself understands arabic to know his quotations are indeed wrong which changes the apparant meaning of Gods words.

May Allah guide and reward us all

@ LagosBoy

After going through the thread specified.

I have the following comments " Usisky is an unserious and misguided individual which the Rasul has warned the Ummah

of the likes of them

If left unchecked they have the ability to misguide those that have sincere intentions of learning about the Deen

Kudos to LagosBoy and the rest of the crew to check him

May Allah reward you

Allah Knows Best

What is the threat Abu zola could you state the threat?

According to his above post He said he saw the thread but due to the threat i think the guy retreat.

This is the thread i called him to a debate on, no one threatened him in the list. He is just playing the victim card.

Abu no one threatened him in the least, all I said to him was come to a debate and we can trash out issues but he refused to turn up so what can we do Abuzola?

Abuzola You obviously dont know this dude, I dont normally try to stir trouble here but this guy is a poison, i challeged him to a debate he failed to turn up, he his just trying to stir uneccessary sympathy from NL members who dont know his antecedent.

The PM he copied here had been sent to him days before he left NL, he didnt raise any issue then only to come here and post it to stir trouble and make Jarus seem like an unfair moderator and him a victim.

This is a guy that called for my "demise" after having debate with him and he failed to turn up. He confuses muslims and sincere non muslims who want to learn about islam. I personally told him if he doesnt turn up for the debate i will recomment his posts to be deleted and it is not islamic techings. This guy changes the verses of the quran and unsuspecting muslims who dont understand arabic will think it is correct. His sins are numerous , personally his absence here will be beneficial to us all

'Death' ? Is this a joke, but i don't think threatening him is the right thing, lets discuss things out, let him present his facts and we will rebute him, even a shiite is welcome. I believe this is a muslim forum. Who knows whether he will be guided

If this is true then is really bad.

Why must we focus on exchanging words with the christian every time instead of engaging on islamic debate such as usisky proposal, niyi and co. If any one of us is sure and certain of what He is following he should be able to defend it and no threat should be directed to other party. Usisky can you resurrect the threads lets discuss it
