We have collected the best exercises which will help you to tighten and tone your trouble zones. These exercises will work wonders for your stomach, inner thighs, booty, and shoulders. You will look amazing in a swimming suit and your favorite dress!

How to do the exercises?

You need to choose five exercises and do three sets of each move ten times. Move as fast as possible between moves for maximum calorie burn. The next day, do the other five exercises.


If you want to work on a specific area, just choose the moves which focus on this area.  And remember to increase the number of reps and weight when you get stronger.

1.    Single-Leg Deadlift

This exercise will help you to prevent back pain as well as to lift and tone the glutes.  Grab a pair of dumbbells and stand on your left foot. Lift your right foot behind you and bend your knee, so your right lower leg is parallel to the floor. Continue following the picture.

2.    Side Plank

This exercise is very useful for tightening and shrink the waistline. It works the deep abdominal muscles that many other moves don’t reach. Hold the position shown in the picture for 30 seconds. Turn around so that you’re lying on your right side and repeat.

3.    Pushup

This classic exercise works the entire body.  It tightens chest muscles and burns a lot of calories. Just do the exercise as it is shown.

4.    Second Position Plies


This exercise tones the gluteus minimus as well as sculpts the tights.  You will have lean legs like a dancer. Perform the exercise as it is depicted on the picture.

5.    Cardio Intervals

Cardio Intervals will help you burn a big amount of calories! Choose any piece of cardio equipment. It can be elliptical, jump rope, treadmill, bike, etc. Then you need to repeat the following pattern ten times total:

  • 3 minutes at 50 percent of your maximum effort
  • 20 seconds at 75 percent of your maximum effort
  • 10 seconds at your absolute maximum effort

6.    Triceps Extension

This is the best exercise for toning the back of shoulders and triceps. It is better to use small weight and perform more reps. Do the exercise like it is shown on the picture. Take the weight around 2-3pounds. You should do the exercise around 30 times each side.

7.    Step-ups


This move will help you to create stronger and leaner legs as well as work your quadriceps.  Stand in front of a bench or step and place your left foot firmly on the step. Press your left foot into the step and push your body up until your left leg is straight. Lower your body back down until your right foot touches the floor and repeat.

Remeber to keep your chest up and core engaged the entire time. Balance your weight evenly your weight balanced evenly.

8.    Bridge


Bridges will help you to form a perfectly rounded rear. Besides, your back will be healthy. Follow the picture to do the exercise.

9.    Plank with Arm Raise


Plank will make you feel more confident and look taller. Also, it improves posture and core strengths.  Hold the position for 5-10 seconds and then switch arms.

10.    Shoulder Stand


Yoga is very good for physical and mental health. Inversion postures can help to get rid of cellulite.   Keep your neck relaxed when you hold the shoulder stand. Try to hold the position as shown in the picture for at least one minute and then slowly come out of it.
