He made his fortune in telecom, but he didn’t stop there and continued in football industry. He purchased shares in two Mexican clubs: Club Pachuca and Club Leon in September 2012.

In November 2012, Slim obtained a piece of battling Spanish soccer group Real Oviedo. And with all his wealth he tops the list of 11 Elite Richest Football Billionaires. Some of the rich folks enjoying a net worth right in the ten figure range tend to slide on and off the annual Forbes billionaires list, depending on which side of the billion dollar ledger their assets sit on at the time.

2.Amancio Ortega
