The show was held June 14, 2015 in Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, United States. It became the sixth annual the PPV Money in the Bank show.

What is it?

Money in the Bank (2015) is a wrestling pay-per-view-show produced by WWE. Wrestlers represent themselves as villains or heroes in the ring. Feud goes the way that in the beginning of the show the fight is heating up and as it develops, it cools down and ends in a calm way.

The basis for this was the traditional PPV ladder match Money in the Bank, where the winner gets a contract for a match where they can fight to prove themselves as the best champions in heavyweight in WWE anytime and anyplace.

In order to participate in the bank match, wrestlers have to be prequalified, which means they have to win in a fight with the other participant of the show.

In 2011, the wrestlers didn’t have to pass the qualifying matches; they immediately received a place in the ring. The point of the battle is that the wrestlers have to climb the ladders in order to take the case which is hanging above the ring.

The wrestler, who is the first to climb the ladder and to take it in his hand, wins. It is complicated because there are from 6 to 10 people competing at the same time. Moreover, they have to be able to take it first and also to not let someone else take it before them.

The ladder match which is included in "Money in the bank" is very dangerous, so before the wrestler is allowed to participate, he has work hard on his acrobatic skills. There’s a contract inside the case. It gives the opportunity to fight for the title of WWE champion and world champion in the heavyweight division at any time.

The contract is valid for one year. The owner of this case can decide to use the contract any moment and it’s mostly done in the most unfavourable time for the champion.

Tickets for the show went on sale in 20 February 2015.
